"I see... So what are the benefits of doing that?" Erix curiously asked.

While waiting for Rin to finish her Bloodline infusing process, Lilith and Erix were talking about Lilith's circumstances that led to this development.

"Benefits are plenty, but you won't be able to break away from the Mystic Roots before crossing level 200. In short, you have to become a Royal-order being."

"That seems a bit far for now," Erix wryly smiled.

*Crack...*

Suddenly, the cocoon wrapping up Rin cracked before it shattered into countless motes and got absorbed into her body.

"Wow," Erix was amazed.

Rin looked different! She had two red horns, beautiful ruby eyes, and some strange pattern on the right side of her forehead.

A pair of beautiful dark red wings also unfurled from her back while a strange red and black aura oozed out from her.

But a second later, she reverted back to her human form and finally opened her eyes.

"So, this is the power of bloodlines?" Rin muttered.

Erix checked Rin's stats and wryly smiled. "What the heck?"

Rin actually had an additional 100 points in all stats, including magic! And bonus 1000 mana capacity!

Lilith chuckled and said, "That's not all. In her Bloodline Form, she will receive an additional boost in stats. Although she can only maintain that form as long as she spends Blood Essence."

"Which I don't have any for now," Rin said before taking a deep breath.

"Check your Bloodline Tree and tell me what's the first skill you got," Lilith said.

Rin nodded.

"It's going to be easy peasy for you," Erix chuckled.

Erix and Rin directly went to the north of the Star-Rain mountain range, entering the territory of level 100+ monsters.

Both of them were at a party, so they shared experiences. However, with Rin getting significantly stronger, her contribution to the fights was more, so she reached level 100 in four hours of constant battles while Erix reached level 98.

As such, they didn't stop, and Erix continued battling to his best and even using Babin Maw Hook constantly to experience its strange world.

More time passed, and the duo continued battling before night soon arrived.

When the suns fully disappeared and the moons rose in the sky, Erix and Rin sat on a boulder at the beach of the rumbling ocean.

The area around them was littered with lots of giant monsters in herds like Crystal Flon Crabs, Berserk Clams, Triple-Legged Sword Fish, and more such monsters.

Erix lay on Rin's lap and said with a contented smile, "Finally reached level 100."

"I feel too lazy to harvest cores from these monsters," Rin also slumped on Erix and released a tired sigh. "Why do I not have unlimited stamina? Although I am not tired, I can feel a slight exhaustion. Meanwhile, you are completely fine despite fighting so much."

"Maybe it's a trait unique to me?" Erix pulled Rin's cheeks while cheekily smiling. "But my mind is a bit exhausted, and I need something to relive it."

They'd been fighting since noon with only little breaks, and they fought more and ever before with stronger monsters, so Rin was also feeling slight exhaustion while Erix had a bit of mind exhaustion.

"I have something," Rin chuckled and removed her leather armor as it disappeared into inventory. The garment she wore beneath also vanished before two pairs of melons hit Erix's face.

But suddenly, both of them felt a presence before they heard a jokingly displeased voice.

"You two shameless birds. Why don't you just return first?"

Rin smacked her lips, "Lilith, don't scare us like that."

"I need energy first," Erix said with a snort before he continued sucking.
